A 22-year-old driver was charged with negligent vehicular assault, criminal endangerment, and a misdemeanor count of DUI following an automobile accident that left a 20-year-old female passenger with a broken neck. Mitchell Lane Ralph was reportedly riding with 4 other passengers in his pickup truck when he lost control of the vehicle and rolled through an embankment.

A 67-year-old man riding a bicycle was seriously injured when a motor vehicle struck him and left him lying in a ditch near the highway in Molalla, Oregon. The elderly man died as a result of his injuries at OHSU hospital. The driver was driving a 90s Dodge Caravan and police are seeking any information they can get from witnesses or anybody that may have information about the vehicle involved.

A two-year-old boy suffered a very large gash on his cheek after a 5-year-old Rottweiler jumped on top of him and bit him. Aidan Walton had to have nine stitches to repair the wound to his cheek. Authorities also discovered the dog had attacked another two-year-old in 2004 causing injuries.

A teenager is facing serious charges of vehicular assault, careless driving, and driving under the influence of alcohol, vehicle theft, and causing a hit-and-run accident. 19-year-old Nicholas Joseph Binder was involved in a roll-over accident at the intersection of Seventh St. and Crossroads Blvd. in Colorado.

A man fleeing from police on the 29th of March caused a very serious automobile accident when he crashed into a bus stop, injuring several people in the process. According to people who saw the accident, one of the victims had his leg cut off as a result. Police eventually caught up to the man after he tried to get away on foot.

A 55-year-old man suffered serious bite wounds after being attacked and severely bitten by dogs. 55-year-old Larry Armstrong suffered serious puncture wounds, skin tears, and several scrapes. According to the AP News report, Armstrong’s death was ruled an accident and his history of seizures could have contributed to his death.

In Washington State, a 24-year-old man pleaded guilty to drunken driving causing the death of a 19-year-old and injuring a 17-year-old and a 25-year-old passenger in his vehicle. Loren Seaman had a blood-alcohol level of .20 at the time of the accident. The legal limit in the United States is .08. Seaman was driving along a mile-long stretch of road when he collided with a telephone pole backwards.

Two men in Illinois were seriously injured after an automobile accident occurred as a result of the driver operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol. 22-year-old Eric J. Larson suffered non life-threatening injuries. The 23-year-old passenger suffered a broken back, a punctured lung, and a broken ankle. A second passenger suffered an eye injury and a possible broken leg.
