Vitamins Recalled for Failing to Comply with Poison Prevention Packaging Act

Live Better One Daily Tablets and Live Better Complex Vitamin B50 Tablets have been recalled for distributing these products without child-resistant caps which is a violation of the Poison Prevention Packaging Act. Approximately 12,000 bottles sold by multiple retailers between June 2009 and October 2010 are being recalled.

Swallowing multiple Live Better supplements can cause serious illness and even death for small children. Customers are advised to keep these products away from children and contact the manufacturer for a replacement container that will feature a child-resistant cap.

Customers who have been injured or suffered illness from defective products may be entitled to monetary compensation. U.S. product liability laws allow consumers of defective products to sue for financial recovery for injuries they suffer because of an unsafe product.
